Privacy on florianhiess.com

How data is processed on this website.

This privacy policy describes the processing of personal data on florianhiess.com. The controller is Digital Wings GmbH.

It covers website visits, contact enquiries and appointment bookings, as well as external links and page actions. The website's fonts, images and brand logos are loaded from its own webspace. Social media and AI services are opened through links; Calendly loads only after you activate it.

This English text is a translation of the German privacy policy. The German version is authoritative.

Controller and contact

The controller is Digital Wings GmbH, Gettsdorf 112, 3710 Ziersdorf, Austria.

Email: hallo@digitalwings.at.

Phone: .

Provider and representation details appear in the Legal notice. You can use the listed contact options for privacy questions. hallo@florianhiess.at is additionally listed for personal marketing enquiries.

Hosting and technical access

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

Website visits involve processing technical connection data needed to provide and secure the website. This may include IP address, time, requested URL, access status and browser and operating system information. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in reliable and secure provision under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The existing data processing agreement with ALL-INKL provides the basis for operation. Further information is available in ALL-INKL's Privacy information.

Server log files are stored for seven days and then deleted. ALL-INKL receives technical data as a processor.

Contact form and communication

The contact form asks for your name, email address and enquiry. The company name is optional. These details are used to process your enquiry and, where necessary, answer follow-up questions. The enquiry is sent through the ALL-INKL webspace's mail service to hallo@florianhiess.at. The website does not maintain its own database of form messages.

For contract-related enquiries or pre-contractual measures, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR provides the basis for the legitimate interest in handling them. The same applies to enquiries by email or phone.

To limit repeated submissions, the sending function uses a hash of the IP address created with a secret key, and timestamps. The form data itself is not stored in these check files. The blocking window is one hour; outdated check files are cleared on the next form request. The basis is the legitimate interest in protecting the form under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The retention period for enquiries depends on the purpose of processing. When that purpose no longer applies, the data is deleted unless statutory retention duties or other permissible reasons prevent this. The period may change if a business relationship follows. Please send only information needed for your enquiry.

Appointment booking with Calendly

Calendly LLC, USA, is used for appointment booking. The Booking page is also directly accessible.

The embed is initially disabled. Selecting “Load booking calendar” gives consent to loading it. Calendly then receives technical connection data such as your IP address and browser information. Processing in the USA is possible. Activation is not stored as a permanent choice. The basis for loading is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021.

When booking, you transmit the contact details requested by the Calendly form and the selected appointment. They are processed to plan, conduct and, where appropriate, follow up the conversation. For a contract-related booking, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR is the basis; for other conversation requests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies.

Calendly provides information about its own processing in its Privacy Notice, and terms for data processing and international transfers in its Data Processing Addendum. The actual agreements of the existing Calendly account govern booking data.

Selecting “Disable booking calendar and reload” ends the activated embed for this page visit. It remains disabled when the page loads again. This does not retrospectively remove data already transmitted; you can additionally manage the external provider's settings and cookies with the provider or in your browser.

Appointment data is processed according to its purpose and deleted when no longer needed and no permissible retention reasons remain. You can contact Digital Wings with questions about storage or deletion. Alternatives to the embed include the direct booking page, email and phone.

Rights contact and changes

Subject to the applicable GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent with effect for the future. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

For a request about your data, contact Digital Wings GmbH at hallo@digitalwings.at. Please describe which processing your question concerns.

This policy is updated when services or processes change.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions about privacy

10 questions on this topic.

Which data is processed for a contact enquiry?

The form processes name, email address, enquiry and optionally the company name. The enquiry is sent through ALL-INKL to hallo@florianhiess.at. No separate message database is maintained. Digital Wings GmbH is responsible for handling it. Information on abuse protection and storage appears in the Contact form and communication section.

When does Calendly load content?

Calendly loads only when you activate “Load booking calendar”. No Calendly embed is loaded beforehand. The choice is not stored permanently. After activation, you can select “Disable booking calendar and reload”. The page then reloads and Calendly remains initially disabled. Alternatively, open the booking page directly.

Who receives my data?

Digital Wings GmbH handles your enquiries. ALL-INKL provides webspace and the intended email delivery. When you activate or use appointment booking, Calendly receives the data transmitted for that purpose. If you open a social media, Google or AI link, the selected provider receives the data from that external request.

How can I ask privacy questions?

You can direct privacy questions to Digital Wings GmbH at hallo@digitalwings.at. The address and further contact details appear in this text and the legal notice. Name the processing or information that concerns you. Florian Hieß's personal email complements conversational contact but does not replace the controller.

Which technical data arises when visiting the website?

Technical data such as IP address, time, requested URL and browser information is processed to provide the website. The actual ALL-INKL webspace log settings are documented in the hosting section. Form protection uses an IP address hash and timestamps; its check files do not contain names, email addresses or message text.

How long is contact and booking data stored?

The retention period follows the purpose of the enquiry or booking. Data is deleted when that purpose no longer applies and no statutory duties or other permissible reasons prevent this. A subsequent business relationship may trigger other duties. Form protection check files are cleared on the next form request after their one-hour window expires.

What happens when I open a social media link?

A social media link opens the selected profile at the external provider. This website embeds no social media feeds or related widgets. On switching, the provider receives technical request data; its privacy information applies to processing there. You can also use this website without opening the profiles.

How is data processed for the AI summary?

“Summarise” opens a dialog on this website. Only when you click ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Google AI Mode are a summary prompt and the public URL of the current page passed to the selected service through the link. The request may start directly there; signing in may be necessary. These buttons do not transmit the full page text. “Copy text” places the prompt and full page text in your clipboard. You decide whether and where to paste them.

Which privacy rights can I exercise?

Subject to the applicable GDPR conditions, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. You can contact Digital Wings to clarify your question. The Austrian Data Protection Authority explains the rights and their legal conditions on its website.

How can I change consent for external content?

You can end the activated Calendly embed using “Disable booking calendar and reload”. On the next page visit, Calendly loads only after you activate it again. Previously transmitted data is unaffected. For a further request about consent or deletion, contact Digital Wings at hallo@digitalwings.at.
