Text sources and approval
The texts were developed from the content briefs with AI support. Personal details rest on my confirmations and researched sources. Named client projects receive no invented results or additional services.
External sources are named in their professional context. Statements about changing systems are checked during revision. Responsibility for content under my name lies with me; AI does not replace professional review.
Article dates identify publication or actual later changes. A source list alone does not replace an accurate account in the content.
Images and design
The portrait of Florian Hieß is an existing photograph by David Johansson. Different sizes and file formats were created from it for the website.
The corporate identity, wordmark and F symbol were developed with AI support and agreed together. The selected direction is A1 without a forward edge, with a wordmark and signal dot, and a round F as the favicon.
The “Featured in” strip uses the respective organisations' brand logos. No AI-generated portraits, client images or food photos are used as real photographs on the built pages.
AI summary and external services
“Summarise” opens a dialog on this website. Only when you click ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Google AI Mode are a summary prompt and the public URL of the current page passed to the selected service through the link. The request may start directly there; signing in may be necessary. These buttons do not transmit the full page text. “Copy text” places the prompt and full page text in your clipboard. You decide whether and where to paste them.
AI results may shorten or misrepresent statements. Check them against the page and its sources. If the service cannot retrieve the page, the prompt asks it to say so and request the page text.
Calendly appointment booking is activated separately on the contact page. “Prefer” opens Google's preferred-source settings. Further information is available in the Privacy policy.

Is the portrait photo real?
Yes. The portrait used is an existing photograph by David Johansson. It was prepared in different sizes and file formats for this website. AI support in corporate identity, design and code should be considered separately. The pages do not present AI-generated portraits as real photos of me.

How are personal details and sources checked?
Personal details are compared with the researched fact register and direct confirmations. External sources must fit the respective statement. General recommendations are separate from personal project experience. A named reference therefore receives no additional performance figures without a basis. Professional approval before publication remains Florian Hieß's own task.
Are illustrations or graphics created with AI?
The corporate identity, wordmark and F symbol were developed with AI support. The portrait is an existing photograph; logos in the “Featured in” strip come from the respective organisations. No additional AI-generated scenes or portraits are presented as real photographs on the built pages. Further uses will be added when changes occur.
Are my inputs transmitted to an AI service?
The summary dialog uses a prepared prompt and public page link. Only clicking an AI service passes these details to it. The full text is copied only if you select “Copy text”, and is passed to a service only when you paste it there. Contact form inputs are not part of the prompt.
How are errors in AI-supported content corrected?
Errors are corrected after professional review. Feedback should name the affected statement and its context. An actual content change can be documented with an update date. I claim neither automatic accuracy through AI nor correction of an unnamed case that has already occurred. Responsibility remains with the published content.
